Alien Isolation Last Survivor
A half-hour Nostromo run where you never get a weapon, only a motion tracker and bad options. Great as a victory lap for Isolation fans, thin as a standalone.
GamerScout Verdict
Best for Isolation veterans who want the alien at its most unpredictable in a 30-minute run, not for newcomers.

Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.

About Alien Isolation Last Survivor
The motion tracker is the whole design here. You get no gun, no melee escape, no way to trade damage with the thing hunting you, so every decision collapses into reading a green blip and guessing whether it means a vent or a corridor you were about to cross. That single restriction changes the pace completely. In the main game you eventually build a small toolkit and a rhythm. In this Nostromo escape run you are just Ripley, a countdown, and an alien whose AI genuinely improvises instead of running a route, which means the same doorway can be safe on one attempt and fatal on the next. What you get is roughly thirty minutes of concentrated stealth horror built as a film recreation, and it is tuned tight enough that speedrunners have adopted it as a proper score attack. That is also the disappointment: there is no ramp, no new mechanic, no reason to be here if you have not already lived through the twenty hour version and want its purest moment isolated. It is a short session by design, not a compressed campaign, and the first two failures can feel arbitrary before the geometry clicks. Come for the pressure, not for scope.
