That is exactly what this is. It is a Supporter Pack, it requires Against the Storm to do anything at all, and on its own it is inert. No new species, no new biomes, no extra blueprints in the reward draft, no shift to the hostility scaling. The contents are digital extras rather than gameplay, and since the pack itself does not spell out a manifest, check the store listing for the precise item breakdown before you commit. Nothing here alters a build order or a Smoldering City upgrade path, so treat it purely as a thank-you rather than a purchase decision. It is for veterans who have burned through dozens of settlements and want to send something back to a small studio that kept patching.
