Dispatching in this series is a triage puzzle: right unit, right call, before the timer bleeds out. This pack is not standalone, it needs 911 Operator installed to do anything at all. What it adds is a wider pool of specialist emergency resources to assign on the map, which only matters once your standard fleet starts failing the calls it was never equipped for. The store listing carries the exact unit breakdown, and I would rather send you there than guess at it. If you run long city campaigns and want more options in the assignment menu, it slots in cleanly. Casual players and anyone still learning the base dispatch loop can skip it.
