For players who want their RPG protagonist's suffering to be both the story and the punchline.

About Yaga Armful Edition
I'm always drawn to RPGs that treat their premise as more than window dressing, and Yaga gets it. You're Ivan, a blacksmith with one arm and a curse that makes every good deed backfire spectacularly. The game doesn't apologize for this; it weaponizes it. Combat is fast and brutal, built around limited mobility and weapon crafting that actually matters. You'll hammer together what you can and pray the tzar's impossible quests don't destroy you further. The Slavic folklore setting feels lived-in rather than tacked-on, and Baba Yaga's presence as fate-weaver gives weight to your choices in ways most indie RPGs skip. It's short, punchy, and doesn't overstay its welcome. My only gripe: build variety flattens a bit late-game, and some quest design leans harder on filler fetch work than narrative payoff. But if you want an RPG that knows its own joke and commits to it, Yaga's worth the ride.
