Sea of Thieves - Combat Unresolved Bundle (PC/Xbox)

I'll be straight with you: this is a cosmetic DLC bundle, not a game, and you should go in with that expectation firmly set. What it offers is a chunk of Sea of Thieves' Infinite Depths collection - a crossover line built entirely around Halo lore. If you've ever wanted to sail into a galleon fight looking like Master Chief just washed ashore, this is the bundle that makes that happen. The Infinite Depths Costume is the centrepiece, and according to the Sea of Thieves wiki, the weapons in this set are directly modelled on Halo armaments - the cutlass mirrors the Energy Sword, the pistol channels the Plasma Pistol, the blunderbuss is a Spiker, and the Eye of Reach is riffing on the Needle Rifle. That level of detail is genuinely fun for anyone with Halo nostalgia baked into their bones. The Weapon Pose Emote is the piece I'd actually highlight to friends. Sea of Thieves is an inherently social game, and a well-timed pose after boarding an enemy ship is half the entertainment. The emote's music box reportedly plays a riff on the Halo Theme, which is a nice little touch that lands better in a crew Discord call than it does on paper. The 25,000 gold bonus is handy for newer pirates building out their ship loadout through in-game trading, though veterans will burn through it fast. The 550 Ancient Coins included is the honest value question here. For context, that coin count sits at the same tier as a standalone "Lost Chest of the Ancients" pack. It is enough to grab one mid-range Emporium cosmetic item or chip toward something bigger. If the Infinite Depths Costume alone normally runs 999 Ancient Coins in the Emporium, bundling the costume, weapon set, weapon emote, coins, and gold together in one DLC purchase is a reasonable deal for a committed Sea of Thieves player who wants to skip the piecemeal shopping. The honest caveat: this does nothing for gameplay. Sea of Thieves is a co-op sandbox where you sail, fight, and loot with friends, and all of this content is purely cosmetic. If your crew is already decked out or you're not emotionally attached to Halo, the bundle has no pull whatsoever. It also requires the base game, so this is strictly an add-on for existing players. Casual pirates or anyone early in their Sea of Thieves journey might get more mileage spending their money on the base game itself first and letting the grind fund their Emporium habits organically.
