GamerScout Verdict
Solid team-play mechanics buried under six years of dead matchmaking, historical curiosity only.

About Lifeblood
Lifeblood landed in Early Access six years ago with a genuinely interesting angle: a squad shooter where team composition and adaptive tactics mattered more than raw aim. Fast-paced combat rewarded positioning and callouts, and the survival mechanics pushed you to think about loadouts and role synergy before the fight started. It felt like someone actually wanted to build a thinking player's BR. The problem was always population. Matchmaking struggled to fill lobbies consistently, and without a steady player base, even solid netcode and weapon balance can't carry a multiplayer game. If you stumbled into an active server, the bones were there, but those bones never got the flesh they deserved. It's a relic now, not a recommendation.
