The first hour of Forced Showdown throws randomized card drafts, permadeath runs, and a twin-stick arena you barely have time to read before something explodes in it. That's the wall: if you push past it, the deck-building layer over the combat starts to make sense and the build variety becomes the actual hook. If you don't, no amount of extra content fixes that onboarding problem, and this pack is exactly where that matters. The Deluxe Edition Content here is the digital soundtrack and art assets bundled alongside the base game, not new cards, arenas, or classes. It changes nothing about how a run plays. That makes it strictly for people who already know they like Forced Showdown's loop and want the music and art on their hard drive as a completionist flourish. Everyone else should buy the standard edition, judge the first hour honestly, and skip this add-on entirely.
