Enigma strips away the usual murder-mystery busywork and gives you the real thing: actual cold cases from the 2000s, an open world to search, and equipment that actually feels like detective work rather than inventory padding. The co-op focus means you're not just clicking dialogue trees alone; you're coordinating with friends to spot clues, track suspects, and piece together what happened. The interrogation system rewards listening and preparation over guesswork. The trade-off is that Enigma is lean by design.
