Din's Champion
A living-world action-RPG where the map fights back whether or not you show up, and the skill tree rewards weird builds over safe ones.
GamerScout Verdict
Best for co-op players who want a world that acts on its own, not for anyone chasing a strong narrative.
Compare Prices(2 stores)
Every store in this table quotes us in euros, so the EUR figure is the price the seller actually set, not our arithmetic — which is why EUR is also the currency we rank in. We only list an offer here when the store gives us its price in euros, so nothing in this table is a number we invented.
Pick USD, PLN, GBP, CAD or AUD in the header and we convert from EUR at the European Central Bank reference rate — converted amounts are prefixed with ~. Your bank or the store may apply a different rate at checkout. We never hide offers based on where you are: everyone sees this whole table.
We may earn a commission when you buy games through links on this page — at no extra cost to you. It never affects our rankings or verdicts.

About Din's Champion
The best thing here is that the world does not wait for you. Soldak has been building dynamic-event RPGs for years, and Din's Champion is the most legible version of that idea yet: towns get raided, NPC factions push their own agendas, and an evil goddess grinds away at the map while you are off clearing a cave. Come back late and the quest you ignored has consequences you did not sign up for. Combat is fast and loose in the action-RPG mold, but the skill tree is where it earns its RPG label. Crafting and building let you fortify settlements instead of just looting them, which makes defending a town feel like a decision rather than a cutscene. What it is not is a writing showcase. Character arcs are thin, dialogue is functional, and the drama comes from systems colliding rather than anyone saying anything memorable. Co-op is where it clicks hardest, up to four-ish chaos with online and cross-platform play, and solo runs can feel like triage. Rough edges and indie-budget presentation are part of the deal. If you want emergent stories over authored ones, that trade is worth making.
