It is a promotional Butterfinger tie-in finish for Echo-4, the drone companion that hovers along with you, so what you actually get is one cosmetic look on one gadget: no missions, no guns, no skill points, no story beats. Claiming it means logging into the Gearbox SHiFT site, opening the Rewards tab, entering the code, and then finding the skin in your Echo-4 customization options in game. Take it if you collect every drone cosmetic or you specifically want the candy bar look. Everyone else loses nothing by walking past.
