Ten minutes into a contract patrol I picked the wrong ridgeline, got glassed from 600 meters, and never fired a shot. That is Arma, and this add-on only runs if you already own Arma 2: Complete Collection. What it drops in is a private-contractor campaign plus PMC-flavored weapons, gear and vehicles; the store listing has the exact item list. If Complete Collection is already in your library, this is sitting there unlocked and there is nothing to decide. Bought on its own, it is for completionists and for people who want that contractor loadout available in the mission editor or on a co-op server. Everyone else can skip it without missing anything.
