Third mission in, I lost a whole squad because I trusted a hedgerow that turned out to be a firing lane. That is Arma 2 for you, and this add-on is exactly that: a Czech Republic faction pack that needs Arma 2: Complete Collection installed before it will load anything. What you get is a new playable army with its own infantry kit, vehicles and aircraft, plus a set of missions and content you can pull apart in the editor for co-op. The store listing carries the full item list, and it is worth reading first. Good pickup if you build your own scenarios or want the faction on the roster. Skip it if you only play vanilla missions.
