RollerCoaster Tycoon 9 Megapack bundles older entries in Atari's long-running theme park sim series, but it's a confusing release with no clear value proposition. The original RollerCoaster Tycoon games are excellent and still hold up, but they're available separately on Steam at lower prices and without the "Megapack" markup. There's no indication this bundle includes meaningful new content, enhanced graphics, or quality-of-life improvements that would justify picking it up here over the standalone versions. If you've never played any RollerCoaster Tycoon, the core games are genuinely fun park-building experiences with deep sandbox potential. But buyer beware: this particular package feels like it exists primarily to recycle old assets at a premium tier price point. Start with the individual classics on Steam instead.
