Baldur's Gate - The Complete Saga

I spent my teenage years in Baldur's Gate's Sword Coast, and this Enhanced Edition collection lets you relive that without wrestling with resolution scaling or mod hell. You get the original BG1 and BG2 fully remastered with modernized UI, plus Siege of Dragonspear, the middle chapter that bridges the duology. It's a solid package if you've never experienced these games, though the real question is whether you want all three campaigns back-to-back or if BG2 alone is your actual destination. The Enhanced Editions cleaned up the interface and fixed bugs, but they're still faithful to the 2000-era design: turn-based combat, pause-friendly tactics, party-driven storytelling, and writing that doesn't condescend to the player. Siege of Dragonspear is the weakest link, it feels more obligatory than the bookend campaigns, but if you're committing to the full saga, you'll find 150+ hours of proper old-school CRPG here. Expect long rests between character releases and a lot of text to process.
