CHAOS CODE -NEW SIGN OF CATASTROPHE-

Chaos Code is a 2D fighter built by Arc System Works, the studio behind Guilty Gear and BlazBlue. It's not their flagship, which means you're getting stripped-down mechanics without the wild visual noise. The combat is footsies-heavy, reward-based on spacing and combos, and plays faster than most modern fighting games. Netcode and arcade ports are the usual Arc System Works quality. If you're hunting for a less crowded fighting game to grind into muscle memory, this delivers. The downside: tiny online population and minimal single-player content. Not a game to learn fighting games on, but a solid pick for players who already read frame data.
