I went in expecting a joke game and walked out surprised. Nogibator strips combat down to one mechanic: kicking. You control leg positioning, momentum, and timing to land hits on opponents in what plays like a fighting game designed by someone who watched too much anime and decided grappling was overrated. The physics engine actually sells it, there's real weight to a well-timed spinning kick, and the ragdoll knockback feels earned rather than cheap. It's rough around the edges and won't appeal to traditional fighting game fans expecting combos or strategy depth. But if you want something genuinely weird that doesn't take itself seriously, and you're willing to learn its quirky timing, there's something weirdly satisfying about mastering a game that reduces combat to pure leg control.
