Star Shelter [VR]

I went in expecting standard VR survival busywork, and Star Shelter mostly delivers on that promise without pretension. You're stuck in a graveyard of derelict spacecraft, looting components, hacking systems, and cobbling together weapons and ship upgrades to escape. The core loop of exploration and scavenging feels tactile in VR, which is where this game lives best. Resource gathering and crafting aren't complex, but they work. The catch: combat feels clunky and the overall scope is modest. This isn't a sprawling space opera. It's a tight, focused survival experience that works best if you already love the routine of scrounging and upgrading gear in VR. If you're hunting for narrative depth or innovative mechanics, look elsewhere. For VR players who just want to tinker with a spaceship and shoot things in zero-gravity, it scratches that itch.
