It's faithful to the web series' absurdist humor, which means if you've never heard of Homestar Runner, half the references will bounce off you. The appeal here is entirely in the writing and character work. Telltale's signature point-and-click framework is just scaffolding for the comedy. There's no real challenge, minimal inventory management, and the "puzzles" are usually just "find the funny thing to click."
