The problem is obvious: it's DLC for a 2017 racing sim, so you absolutely need the base game installed, and your enjoyment caps out at how much you still care about Project CARS 2's particular handling model and career structure. Buy this only if you're already committed to the game and actively want more Japanese steel in your garage.
