I picked up Karma Tales expecting a light strategy title, but what I found was a straightforward adventure game masquerading as something with real decision-making. You're helping John and Mary investigate why trade routes from the raja have stalled, which frames a loose chain of fetch quests and item-matching puzzles across Camelot and beyond. The mechanics are bare-bones: move between locations, talk to NPCs, collect inventory items, solve simple logic puzzles. There's no resource management, no build orders, no systems that reward planning ahead. If you're after a breezy 3-4 hour story experience with zero challenge, this scratches that itch. But calling it "strategy" is generous. The achievement system hints at replay value that just isn't there. Skip this unless you're actively seeking the gentlest possible adventure game.
