Cat Goes Platform is exactly what its title promises: a casual platformer built around moving a cat from point A to point B. The levels are short, the controls are straightforward, and there's no story fluff or elaborate mechanics getting in the way. It's the kind of game you boot up to chill for twenty minutes, not the kind you're chasing for 100% completion or speedrun glory. The hook here is simplicity itself. If you want a low-stakes platformer that doesn't demand twitch reflexes or frame-perfect jumps, this scratches that itch. The indie aesthetic fits the vibe. Fair warning though: at this scope and production level, there's not much to sink into, and the novelty wears off fast. It's pleasant company for an afternoon, not a discovery.
