It's a quiet, methodical experience that rewards forward-thinking and timing. The downside is production values match a small indie budget, visuals are functional rather than polished, and the sim mechanics lack the depth of bigger titles in the genre. If you want a lo-fi, low-stress air traffic controller experience and don't mind rough edges, it delivers exactly that. Everyone else should probably skip it.
