I'm not often drawn to card games based on board game mechanics, but Unreal Estate scratches a specific itch: negotiation without the need for five friends and a kitchen table. You're buying, trading, and flipping properties through card play, with the meat of the game in how you wheel and deal with opponents. The strategic depth comes from reading the market and knowing when to hold or dump your holdings. It's a niche title that won't appeal to everyone, and the digital adaptation doesn't add much spectacle. But if you enjoyed the negotiation layers of something like Catan or Ticket to Ride and want that translated into a leaner card format, this does the job. Best for strategy players who get as much fun from the haggling as the winning.
