Tank Battle: Blitzkrieg recreates September 1939 from Poland's perspective as the German and Soviet armies close in. It's a tactical, turn-based affair where you manage limited armor and infantry across small maps based on real engagements. The historical framing is genuine, and if you're deep into obscure WW2 operational games, the authenticity might scratch that itch. But there's not much here beyond that premise: the UI feels dated, the mechanics are stripped down to their skeleton, and there's no campaign arc or strategic depth to pull you back. This is a curio for hardcore WW2 history buffs or completionists hunting every corner of the strategy catalog. Everyone else should look elsewhere.
