It's fanservice first, gameplay second. The core loop involves light puzzle-solving and dialogue choices that let you relive or remix pivotal character moments, which lands well if you're attached to Loid, Anya, and Yor. The production feels modest compared to AAA standards, and mission variety is thin, but the charm of the source material carries it through for dedicated fans. The real question is whether you're buying this to experience more time with these characters or searching for a polished action game. If the former, it scratches that itch. If the latter, you'll find the mechanics simplistic and the overall package sparse.
