I went in expecting a tycoon game and found something closer to a digital chore simulator - which turned out to be oddly absorbing. You pick through abandoned vessels, identify valuable materials, and sell what you haul off. There's no story arc or pressure; you work at your own pace, learning ship layouts and which components fetch the highest prices. It's zen until it isn't, because some wrecks are genuinely puzzle-like to navigate. The catch: if you need narrative momentum or constant dopamine hits, this will feel empty. There's also no indication of depth here - whether this is a ten-hour curiosity or a hundred-hour rabbit hole. For players who found something meditative in games like Dredge or Spiritfarer, or anyone who just wants to tinker without combat or dialogue, it's worth a cautious look. Just know what you're signing up for.
