Sakura Dungeon

Sakura Dungeon is a dungeon crawler with a monster-capture hook: you're Yomi, an ancient fox spirit waking up to find your dungeon ransacked, and the core loop is exploring floors, battling creatures, and recruiting them to your side. It's straightforward genre fare - combat, progression, resource management - but the appeal sits entirely in whether you connect with the monster-girl aesthetic and the slower, grinding pace that comes with re-establishing your domain. The game doesn't pretend to reinvent dungeon crawlers, and if you're after tight combat mechanics or complex puzzle design, this isn't it. It works best as a low-stakes, bite-sized time-sink where collecting and customizing your monster roster is the real reward. Not for everyone, but fans of creature-collecting games with a lighter tone will find something worth exploring.
