Rush for gold: California

Rush for Gold: California drops you into 1849 with pick and pan, tasking you to stake claims, manage resources, and hopefully strike it rich before supply lines dry up. It's a slow-burn management game with survival undertones, less about action, more about inventory tetris and supply line logistics. The interface is clunky and documentation sparse, so expect some trial-and-error to decode the UI. If you love period-specific sims and don't mind rough edges, there's something oddly compelling about the historical setting and resource grind. Don't expect AAA production values or hand-holding tutorials. This is a niche hobby-game for players who find fun in the friction itself.
