I went in expecting a relic, but Race WTCC is actually a competent touring car simulator from SimBin Studios that nails the core appeal: tight handling, weight transfer that matters, and real-world WTCC grid cars. The Caterham expansion adds single-seater content that shifts the feel entirely. If you're used to modern Assetto Corsa or iRacing, the UI will feel dated and the graphics won't impress, but the driving model rewards precision over arcade reflexes. The catch is that this is a 2011 release in a genre that's moved fast. Online multiplayer is likely ghost-town territory, and mod support is minimal. It's strictly for sim racing purists who either hunt classic PC racing sims for their library or want authentic touring car feel without subscription fees. Everyone else should start with ACC or iRacing.
