Staff assignments boil down to checking boxes, prisoner needs feel more cosmetic than consequential, and the late game offers limited strategic pivots. It's more digital dollhouse than tycoon simulator. If you're after quick sessions of low-stakes management and don't mind minimal challenge or emergent complexity, this scratches that itch.
