Plant Nursery Simulator

I went in expecting another Stardew-style time sink with hidden optimization layers. Plant Nursery Simulator is not that game. You're running a small greenhouse operation: grow crops, arrange displays, serve customers, hire staff, unlock decorations. The loop is straightforward and deliberately low-stress. There's no permadeath, no resource crises, no hidden value efficiency to min-max. That's the whole pitch, and the 95% positive score tells you it lands cleanly for its audience. The catch: there's almost no strategic depth here. Hiring staff, expanding greenhouses, and stocking shelves follow preset paths with minimal branching. If you're chasing systems optimization or build variety, you'll max everything in 15-20 hours and be done. The achievement list suggests replayability, but it's mostly busywork. This is a meditation sim masquerading as a tycoon game. Perfect for background play while watching something else. Not perfect if you want meaningful numbers to crunch.
