You draft players, negotiate contracts, set lineups, and manage payroll across multiple seasons while the game simulates games in the background. There's no 3D baseball here - just stats, strategy, and the slow satisfaction of watching a terrible team become a contender through smart scouting and trades. If you want control over every roster decision and don't need flashy graphics, this scratches that itch hard. The catch: this is niche stuff. It's for someone who already knows baseball deeply or is willing to learn it. The UI is functional but dense, menus stack deep, and you'll need patience to parse all the numbers. Post-game analysis is thorough but not exciting to watch. If you're looking for a baseball game to actually play baseball in, keep looking. If you want to be a GM, this is it.
