About Obulis
I went in expecting a throwaway casual title, but Obulis surprised me with its focused approach to marble-rolling puzzles. You guide spheres of different weights and sizes through hand-crafted levels filled with ramps, platforms, and physics traps. The real hook is that each ball behaves differently, heavier ones have momentum you can't fight, lighter ones bounce unpredictably, so you're solving puzzles as much through understanding mass and friction as trial-and-error. Levels escalate from "roll it straight" to genuinely clever spatial challenges that demand precision timing. The downside: Obulis doesn't reinvent the wheel, and it's clearly a smaller production. Don't expect narrative, voice acting, or cosmetic unlocks. If you're hunting for a relaxing but mentally engaging puzzle experience with zero fluff, this scratches that itch. If you need production value or online leaderboards to stay motivated, you'll bounce off fast.
