Nether: Resurrected positions itself as a multiplayer survival experience set in a decaying city. You'll spend your time looting buildings, managing hunger and thirst, and watching for both NPC enemies and other players who might decide you're easier prey than zombies. The core loop is straightforward: find gear, avoid getting killed, extract with your loot. It's the kind of game that lives or dies on player population, and given the minimal online presence, that's a real concern. If you're drawn to hardcore survival with permadeath stakes and PvP risk, this might scratch that itch on a budget. Just know you're gambling on a small, aging community.
