Marwin and The Evolution Stone

I don't know what I expected from a game about de-evolution, but "Marwin and The Evolution Stone" commits to the bit. You're a human turned ape, partnered with a whale companion (yes, really), and the core loop seems to revolve around puzzle-solving to undo your devolution. The premise is absurd enough to be memorable, which is half the battle for a small indie project like this. Without Steam reviews or widespread coverage, it's hard to say if the execution matches the weird charm of the concept. The whale-buddy mechanic suggests some kind of co-op or puzzle interplay, but the details are frustratingly sparse. If you're hunting for something genuinely different and don't mind rolling the dice on an obscure title, this has just enough strangeness to warrant a look. Just go in knowing you're betting on novelty over polish.
