iO is a stripped-down puzzle game about combining numbered circles. You rotate tiles to align identical numbers, merge them to create higher values, and chase a target score each round. It's the kind of game that looks deceptively simple until you hit a level where the board locks up and you realize you've painted yourself into a corner. The mechanic is tight and the difficulty curve ramps steadily, rewarding forward planning over reflexes. The catch: iO has virtually no story, no fancy animations, and minimal audio design.
