Immortals Fenyx Rising
A colorful open-world adventure that borrows heavily from Zelda's formula but struggles to justify its existence beyond that comparison.
GamerScout Verdict
For Zelda-hungry PC gamers, but expect a competent imitation rather than a standout adventure.

About Immortals Fenyx Rising
I went in expecting Ubisoft's take on a mythological romp, and what I found was a game playing it impossibly safe. Immortals Fenyx Rising leans hard on the Breath of the Wild blueprint: climbing anything, solving physics puzzles, a stamina wheel, dungeons with multiple solutions. The art style is bright and charming, combat is snappy enough, and there's a decent chunk of world to explore. Problem is, none of it feels like it's *yours*. The puzzles have one correct answer dressed up as choice, the story doesn't commit to its comedic tone, and the open world feels like a checklist of icons rather than a place worth wandering. Play this if you want Zelda mechanics but don't own a Switch, and you're willing to accept "pretty good" as your ceiling. Otherwise, there are better ways to spend your time.
