The title suggests arcade roots (Tengoku arcade, CruisinMix era nostalgia), but without gameplay footage, a publisher credit, or any official description in English, I can't tell you whether this is a rhythm game, a racing sim, a shooter, or something else entirely. If you're hunting for obscure Japanese indie games, you might find something worth your time here, but you're flying completely blind. Unless you read Japanese or have insider knowledge of Komodo's catalog, I'd skip this and look for something with at least a YouTube trailer or community documentation.
