GamerScout Verdict
For players charmed by the bizarre concept more than seeking polished gameplay; a cult oddity, not a crowd-pleaser.

About Funk of Titans
I went in expecting a joke, but Funk of Titans is genuinely committed to its premise: you're the son of Zeus fighting rap, pop, and rock villains by grooving to funk rhythms. It's part music-driven action, part mythology mashup, and entirely its own thing. The core loop of timing hits to the beat works fine if you vibe with the absurdist tone and don't expect AAA polish. This is a game for people who find the concept funny enough to play it, and who don't mind rough edges in exchange for something utterly distinctive. It won't scratch a serious rhythm-game itch, and the combat is more novelty than depth. But if you're looking for something that exists in its own universe and doesn't apologize for how strange that is, there's something to appreciate here.
