Deathless. Tales of Old Rus

I went in expecting a historical action game, but Deathless is really a story-first experience wrapped around old Russian folklore and mythology. The world-building is genuinely interesting if you're into that setting, and the writing carries some weight when it lands. The problem is execution: the technical foundation feels shaky, with performance hiccups and UI clunkiness that break immersion right when the narrative is trying to grip you. The game isn't broken, but it's rough around the edges in ways that matter. If you're the type who'll tolerate janky presentation for a good story, and Russian history interests you more than fluid gameplay, there's something here worth your time. Just temper expectations going in.
