Dark Mechanism [VR]

I went in expecting a traditional VR puzzle game and got something weirder. Dark Mechanism puts you in front of abstract mechanical contraptions that need solving, but the game commits hard to obscurity about its own rules. You're manipulating gears, levers, and logic gates in virtual space with motion controls that feel responsive enough, though the learning curve is steep because tutorials are minimal. The core loop of trial-and-error problem-solving works if you're into pure spatial puzzles without narrative hand-holding. The catch: progression is opaque, and there's no clear indication what you're actually building or why. Some players will find that atmospheric mystery compelling; others will quit out of frustration. If you can stomach a VR experience that trusts you to figure things out alone, and you're patient with experimental indie VR, it's worth a shot. Just don't expect a traditional game experience.
