Crysis 3 - Remastered

I went in expecting a nostalgic curiosity and found something genuinely interesting: Crysis 3 Remastered is a first-person shooter built around player choice in level design and loadout flexibility rather than scripted set pieces. You get a modular nanosuit, weapon customization, and environments designed for multiple approach angles, stealth, direct assault, or weird hybrid tactics all work. The gunplay has weight to it, and the AI reacts meaningfully to how you engage. The catch is that "remastered" seems to mean textures got a polish and not much else. Mission pacing drags in stretches, visual design is utilitarian, and the story is forgettable military fiction. If you value mechanical depth and player agency over flashy presentation, this scratches an itch modern shooters often skip. Just know what you're signing up for: a system-focused game that rewards experimentation, not a cinematic experience.
