Board Battlefield strips away the guessing-game tedium of Battleship and replaces it with actual tactical decisions. You're rolling dice to determine attacks and defenses in real-time skirmishes that favor positioning and resource management over luck alone. The core loop is lean: place your units, roll for outcomes, adapt. It's the kind of game that teaches you something about probability and positioning without demanding you memorize a rulebook. The downside is that with no Steam community feedback or reviews, there's no way to know if the dice system feels fair or if certain unit matchups create runaway leads. The presentation is minimal, and the audience is niche by design. If you want something between mindless rolling and four-hour strategy slogs, this scratches that itch.
