30-in-1 Game Collection: Volume 2

I approached this 30-in-1 collection the same way I'd approach a mystery box at a flea market: low expectations, hoping for one hidden gem. Nintendo multi-game cartridges from this era are a crapshoot. You get a mix of clones, simplified ports, and original mini-games that range from passable time-killers to utterly baffling control schemes. The real draw here isn't depth, it's variety for the sake of it. If you're hunting nostalgia or want something to fiddle with on a lazy afternoon, Volume 2 has its moments. But most titles feel thin, unpolished, and forgettable. There's no standout killer app that justifies seeking this out, unless you collect these cartridges for the sake of completionism or purely for curiosity's sake.
