Uno (PC) Ubisoft Connect Key GLOBAL
Faithful enough to start a family feud, janky enough to remind you that Ubisoft made it. Worth it only if you have friends to drag into online lobbies.
Veredicto de GamerScout
Best for friend groups who want a low-stakes online card night; a frustrating pick for solo players or anyone sensitive to server issues.

I have a complicated relationship with digital card game ports, and UNO on PC is a textbook case of why. The core loop is the same one you know from the kitchen table: shed your seven cards first, match by color or number, weaponize Draw Two and Wild Draw Four at the most spiteful possible moment, and shout UNO when you're down to one card or suffer the consequences. There is genuinely nothing wrong with that formula, and Ubisoft's version replicates it cleanly. The question is everything around it. The two main modes, Standard Play (four-player free-for-all) and 2v2 Partner mode, both support online play, and the six toggleable house rules add some welcome flexibility. Stacking Draw cards, forcing Jump-ins, and a handful of other rule variants can meaningfully change the pacing of a match. Solo play against AI bots is smooth enough, and the AI provides light resistance rather than the infuriating omniscience you might fear. A built-in rulebook is a small but thoughtful touch for anyone dragging a non-gamer friend into a lobby. The Happy Hour rotation, which temporarily unlocks one of the paid DLC decks each week, is a smart way to sample themed content without committing, and the themed decks do alter gameplay with unique wild-card rules tied to their specific themes. Here is where it gets frustrating. Online stability has been a persistent community complaint since launch: dropped connections, lobby freezes, and the occasional card animation that just locks up the screen. Ubisoft Connect is mandatory, adding a layer of launcher friction to a game that should take thirty seconds to get into. The DLC catalogue has grown over the years, but community sentiment is consistent that the pricing feels steep relative to what is on offer, even if the host-owns-it model means guests can participate for a limited number of rounds without buying anything themselves. The PC version also lacks true local split-screen in the traditional sense, since keeping hands private on a single screen is a genuine design problem the platform cannot elegantly solve. Who actually enjoys this? People playing online with people they already know, full stop. Remote Play Together and online co-op make long-distance game nights workable, and for that specific use case, it delivers. Strangers-online matches are a coin flip depending on whether the servers feel cooperative that day. Solo sessions against bots get old fast. If you have a regular crew of two to four people who want a low-stakes filler game between longer sessions, this earns its place. If you are hoping for a polished, maintained product from a publisher who actively cares about it, the Steam review history will tell you a different story.
