Where the original games thrived on satirical British humour and chaotic decision-making, this expansion leans hard into the eco-angle without much personality to justify the departure. The new illnesses feel more gimmicky than genuinely interesting, and the environmental restrictions (limited resources, renewable energy requirements) add busywork rather than strategic depth. Hardcore Two Point players will recognize this as competent but uninspired DLC material. If you've exhausted the base game's 100+ hours and want more content, it's worth a session or two. If you're new to the series, start with the original instead.
