I don't have much to go on here, Starbo's a complete ghost online. No Steam reviews, no Metacritic, no YouTube playthroughs worth mentioning. What I can tell you: it's an indie horror-adventure released in early 2018 by a small studio, positioned somewhere between exploration and survival elements. The lack of visibility could mean anything: a buried gem, an obscure regional release, or a game that simply didn't catch on. Your mileage will depend entirely on tolerance for lo-fi production and willingness to experiment without a safety net of critical consensus or community guides. If you're hunting for something completely off the radar and don't mind rough edges or unclear mechanics, Starbo might scratch that itch. Expect minimal hand-holding and zero hype.
