The cleaning and selling phases lack meaningful decision-making, you're mostly watching timers and price tags without the negotiation or market depth that makes shop sims stick. Controller support is solid, but that doesn't rescue the core problem: 40% positive reviews hint that once the novelty of the first few flips wears off, there's no hook to keep you engaged.
