I went in expecting the usual gang-warfare setup and got a game that throws realism in the garbage and runs full-tilt into sci-fi chaos. You're leading the Saints as President, gaining superpowers like telekinesis and super speed, and the story pivots to invading aliens and digital hellscapes. The humor lands best if you like over-the-top irreverence and pop-culture references; the campaign is genuinely short and weird in the best way. The problem is scope. Missions feel thin compared to earlier entries, and the "Re-Elected" bundling with Gat out of Hell sometimes feels like padding. Superpowers are fun but trivialize combat encounters that weren't designed for them. If you're chasing a tight, challenge-focused shooter, look elsewhere. But if you want a game that doesn't take itself seriously and just wants you laughing at absurd setpieces, this scratches that itch.
