There are no random delays or stochastic surprises; the simulation is fully deterministic, which some players will read as a lack of dynamism, but which I read as a fair, repeatable design space where your decisions - not dice rolls - determine the outcome. Co-op support is also present for those who want to split dispatching duties across a network with a friend, though the core experience holds up fine in solo. On the negative side, the ambient soundtrack is thin enough that most players will mute it and play their own music - a minor but consistent complaint across the community.
